What is ZEBOAT’s environmental commitment?
Since our beginnings, we have been committed daily to minimizing our environmental impact. We are developing a genuine strategy for more responsible boating.

What is ZEBOAT’s goal regarding boating?
ZEBOAT aims to embed the choice of more eco-friendly boating in the minds of boaters, whether they are owners or renters.
What are the regulations regarding the Calanques National Park (PNC)?
When the Calanques National Park was established, regulations for commercial activities were put in place. During the board meeting on December 6, 2019, the PNC strengthened these regulations to apply to the rental of motorboats.
What is the PNC recognition list?
Operators authorized to engage in the rental of motor pleasure boats must be listed on a recognition list established by the PNC. This list includes the name and registration of each authorized vessel. If the operator and vessel are not listed, they are not permitted to be rented within the core area of the Park.
What are the conditions for renting boats with a skipper in the PNC?
Any professional operation of a rented motor pleasure boat (that is on the recognition list) requires prior authorization from the PNC under specific conditions. The requirements are:
- Operator: Must be listed on the recognition list.
- Boat: Must be listed on the recognition list and comply with imposed regulations.
- Professional: Must be listed on the dedicated recognition list.
- Operator: Must be listed on the recognition list.

Where can I find the list of operators and professionals authorized by the PNC?
The list of authorized operators and professionals is updated by the PNC and published in the administrative acts journal of the organization.
